Chaparral

    Located in the southeast part of Calgary is Chaparral which was established in 1995. Chaparral is around the Lake Chaparral which is known to be a man-made lake.     Residents in Chaparral can enjoy the 32-acre man-made lake and the 21-acre park which consists of two waterfalls. The community has a recreation Centrex, where facilities like skating, boating, and fishing can be found. For divers, on the other hand, they will surely enjoy the underwater obstacle course that the community has for them.

    Some of the schools in the area are, Chaparral K-4, Mid Sun, and Centennial.

    West: Macleod Trail
